I tak i nie.
Okno przeglądarki możesz usunąć. ale bibliotek już nie. Dlaczego? Bo na nich oparty jest pulpit, eksplorator i wiele innych. Zatem oprócz utraty funkcjonalności utracisz stabilność systemu, bo tych bibliotek korzystają różne aplikacje. Dodatkowo pogorszysz bezpieczeństwo systemu.
