Spróbuj poprostu na nowo wykonać test wydajności systemu. START -> Panel sterowania -> System -> Klasyfikacja ->Ponownie uruchom ocenę. Co do podkręcania, to nie przesadzaj, bo go zjarasz. A takie klepanie o kilka MHz wcale nie da Ci niewiadomo jakiej różnicy w wydajności. Nawet tego nie zauważysz.
