Windows 7 32/64 bit błąd podczas instalacji

Witam, mam niemały problem z instalacją Windowsa, próbowałem instalować obydwie wersje po kilka razy i po skopiowaniu wszystkich plików, restarcie komputera wyskakuje mi Bluescreen o treści:
