BSOD: powodowany przez pliki hal.dll i atikmdag.sys
Witam,
jestem nowy więc się przedstawię, mam na imię Tomek i mam problem, który mnie coraz bardziej denerwuje. Mój system ma 3-mce. Kupilem i zainstalowalem ostatnio nową grę Medal of Honor i zaczął się problem, otrzymałem blue screen w niej, zignorowałem. Sprawdziłem sterowniki ATI od Radeona, były nieaktualne, zaktualizowałem. Potem włączyłem Battlefield 3 i znowu otrzymałem po pol h blue screen. Zirytowałem się. Są dwa pliki dmp, ściągnąłem SF Diagnostic Tool i w folderze stworzył pliki. Czy ktoś z Was drodzy koledzy, kto się zna na pewno lepiej niż ja - mógłby na nie zerknąć? Widzę, że problem występuje w sterowniku grafiki od ATI, zaraz je odinstaluje i zainstaluje ostatnią stabilną wersję bez CCC (menadżera od ATI), profilaktycznie jednak spakowałem pliki i dostępne są tutaj:

Z tym undefined to problem konkretnie w przeglądarce Firefox i jest już do tego fix, jeśli nie masz problemów z angielskim, to zajrzyj tutaj:

Widzę, że nikt nie ma pomysłu na to... zauważyłem, że w CCC miałem włączoną opcję aktualizacji automatycznej. Odinstaluje te sterowniki od grafiki i zainstaluje ponownie, bo innego wyjścia nie widzę - i tak nie wiem o co chodzi.

Z błędu wynika tylko tyle, ze to problem jakiegoś sterownika zakłócającego dostęp do danych - c0000005 (Access violation). Nastąpił błąd w trybie uprzywilejowanym (tryb jądra kernel mode - ntkrnlmp.exe). Ten rodzaj bsoda nie wypluwa dodatkowego kodu do analizy właściwego błędu niestety więc to co mogę zaproponować to wymęczyć sterowniki w systemie za pomocą managera weryfikacji sterowników.
- Kliknij Start, wpisz cmd a potem verifier.exe
- Zaznacz opcję "Utwórz ustawienia niestandardowe".
- Kliknij "Wybierz indywidualne ustawienia z pełnej listy".
- Zaznacz opcje -> Pula specjalna - Śledzenie puli - Wymuszanie sprawdzenia IRQL.
- Kliknij "Wybierz nazwy sterowników z listy" po czym chwilę czekamy.
- Zaznaczamy wszystkie sterowniki nie pochodzące od Microsoft (sortujemy wg kolumny Dostawca).
- Klikamy zakończ, uruchamiamy ponownie komputer i czekamy pracując sobie na złe lub dobre wieści czy system się wysypie bsodem czy nie, sugeruję dobre kilka godzin.
- Wpisujemy verifier.exe /reset aby zakończyć diagnostykę sterowników i uruchamiamy sprzęt ponownie.

Dziwne jest to (a może to zbieg okoliczności), że problem zaczął się zaraz po instalacji nowego MOHa. Zrobię to co sugerujesz thermalfake i zobaczę czy coś to da, edytuję ten post i napiszę wieczorem. Dzięki za radę.

Postępując zgodnie z Twoją radą, pograłem z 5 min na tych ustawieniach - Battlefield 3 trochę przycinał ale to pewnie dlatego, że nie załadowane były sterowniki od ATI. No i zamiast zwykłego BSODa - dostałem najzwyczajniejszy freeze ekranu. Restart jedynie.

Przepraszam, że post pod postem ale chciałem aby to było przestrogą dla innych "noobków" w świecie PC Dziękuję za udzielone odpowiedzi i pomoc, niestety nikt nie przypuszczał, że użytkownik mógł po prostu zapuścić aż tak swój sprzęt, bo do takiego stanu raczej się nie doprowadza swoich maszyn. Temat do zamknięcia.
Zainstalowałem nowy system, włączyłem grę i dostałem blue screen, zastanowił mnie fakt, że występował w różnym momencie do tej pory. Doinstalowałem aplikację RealTemp i moim oczom na 2gim monitorze ukazało się prawie 70*C ... Po zajrzeniu do środka byłem przerażony (komputer czyszczę raz na miesiąc zawsze) gdyż nie wiem skąd tam się wzięło tyle syfu. Aktualnie sprzęt stoi w szafce serwerowej z osobnym chłodzeniem, temperatura nie przekracza 50-55 *C w stresie, gry oczywiście chodzą wyśmienicie i brak freezów czy BSODów.

No ładnie zatkane. Jak chleb posmarowany masłem. Masz szczęście że nic się nie sfajczyło
