Rozwiązany Błąd przy uruchamianiu Windows 7, Microsoft .NET Framework

Witam. Postawiłem system na nowo, wszystko zainstalowałem , aktualizację również i po włączeniu laptopa pojawia mi się error. Reinstalowałem Framework i nic nie dało .
