Może ktoś mi pomoże bo ja kompletnie nie wiem czy można coś z tym zrobić czy muszę znów iść do serwisu mój laptop nieszczęsny to hp dv6 Windows 7 64 bit . Udało mi się znalezć takie coś

Ten plik odnajdź, spakuj go i wrzuć na jakiś serwer zewnętrzny, a potem podaj nam linka do niego. Zapoznamy się z nim i pomożemy.
przepraszam za zamieszanie ale ja nie wiem jak to zrobić jak by kolega miał cierpliwość i wytłumaczył to ja chętnie się nauczę )
PS. cofałam już system , programy takie jak REVO i VIT REGISTRY FIX nie są mi obce ale nic nie pomaga
dziękuje za zainteresowanie moją sprawą nawet jeśli Pan straci cierpliwość i nie odpowie to zrozumiem

Moje zdanie - przywróć system ale najpierw pozgrywaj dane. Jeśli usterka się powtórzy to trzeba odwiedzić serwis bo wydaje mi się na 99%, że to usterka sprzętowa - płyta główna/procesor.
Samemu można jeszcze sprawdzić pamięci RAM - memtest86.
