Problem - bluescreen i zawieszanie komputera

Witam.
Cytat:Podpis problemu:
Nazwa zdarzenia problemu: BlueScreen
Wersja systemu operacyjnego: 6.1.7600.2.0.0.768.3
Identyfikator ustawień regionalnych: 1045

Dodatkowe informacje o problemie:
BCCode: a
BCP1: FFFFFFFFFFFFFFFF
BCP2: 0000000000000002
BCP3: 0000000000000000
BCP4: FFFFF80002ED4F26
OS Version: 6_1_7600
Service Pack: 0_0
Product: 768_1

Pliki pomagające opisać problem:
C:\Windows\Minidump\082612-43711-01.dmp
C:\Users\sabina\AppData\Local\Temp\WER-61979-0.sysdata.xml

Parametry komputera :
ATI Radeon HD 5450
Pentium® Dual-Core CPU E5700 @ 3.00GHz
2 GB Ram

Z góry dziękuję za odpowiedź Uśmiechnięty

RE: Problem - bluescreen i zawieszanie komputera

Proszę umieścić do analizy pliki dmp (minidumpy) z folderu c:\windows\minidump na dowolnym serwerze hostującym pliki np zippyshare, com
Proszę także udostępnić plik System.evtx (plik dziennika zdarzeń systemowych) z lokalizacji c:\Windows\System32\winevt\Logs\

[Obrazek: 2089620800_1406976151.png]

W zamian za pomoc oczekuję poprawnej pisowni. Stop niechlujstwu.

RE: Problem - bluescreen i zawieszanie komputera

Pierwsze podejście do pliku dziennika zdarzeń. Po przefiltrowaniu błędów i ostrzeżeń otrzymałem niepokojące wieści:

Client DNS Events

O czym to świadczy ?

Druga rzecz to obowiązkowa diagnostyka dysku twardego. Programów jest od groma. Można użyć popularny HD Tune.
W tym programie do wykonania:
- odczyt parametrów SMART - zakładka Health (taka czarna skrzynka zapisująca parametry pracy i stan dysku)

IRQL_NOT_LESS_OR_EQUAL (a)
An attempt was made to access a pageable (or completely invalid) address at an
interrupt request level (IRQL) that is too high.  This is usually
caused by drivers using improper addresses.
If a kernel debugger is available get the stack backtrace.
Arguments:
Arg1:  ffffffffffffffff, memory referenced
Arg2:  0000000000000002, IRQL
Arg3:  0000000000000000, bitfield :
    bit 0 :  value 0 = read operation, 1 = write operation
bit 3 :  value 0 = not an execute operation, 1 = execute operation (only on chips which support this level of status)
Arg4:  fffff80002ed4f26, address which referenced memory

RE: Problem - bluescreen i zawieszanie komputera

Postawić system plus sterowniki i poprawki, najważniejsze programy.
