Należy zwrócić uwagę na nie podpisane sterowniki oraz ostatnio instalowane lub aktualizowane programy antywirusowe, narzędzia dyskowe oraz programy do tworzenia kopii zapasowych, te programy w szczególności mogły zainstalować wadliwy sterownik.
Następująca ścieżka:
- diagnostyka RAM i HDD (może być memtest86 i MHDD/HDTune)
- weryfikacja podpisów sterowników (sigverif)
- weryfikacja/testowanie sterowników na kilka godzin przez systemowe narzędzie Driver Verifier (opisu poszukaj sobie na forum)
