Bluescreen przy próbie połączenia z internetem przez modem usb.


Witam, mam następujący problem: gdy próbuję połączyć się internetem i klikam w programie modemu ikonkę połącz, gaśnie monitor, pojawiają się na ułamek sekundy kolorowe paski i laptop się restartuje. Próbowałem połączyć się w ten sposób z internetem już przez 2 komórki podłączone jako modem, i normalny modem usb. Sprawdzałem na innym komputerze z systemem Windows 7 i wszystko działa jak należy... Przywracałem komputer do ustawień fabrycznych z płytki recovery, ale to nic nie dało. Otworzyłem również plik zrzutu pamięci .dmp. Oto rezultat:

Za każdym razem gdy tak się dzieje, plik zrzutu wygląda tak samo. Dowiedziawszy się, że coś jest nie tak z plikiem ntoskrnl.exe, zassałem go z internetu (ponieważ nie wiedziałem jak uruchomić konsolę odzyskiwania z płytki recovery- i też prosiłbym o wyjaśnienie Cwaniak) i podmieniłem w katalogu system32. Lecz to również nic nie dało... Przeczytałem gdzieś, że mam przeinstalować sterowniki grafiki i zmienić tapetę (nie wiem, co ma piernik do wiatraka), więc tak uczyniłem, ale to również lipa. Co ciekawe umiem się połączyć przez telefon se xperia x10 mini pro, który nie ma wbudowanej funkcji modemu, ale jest program który to umożliwia pdanet, który tworzy połączenie chyba w inny sposób, ponieważ w ustawieniach karty sieciowej widać to połączenie jako kablowe, a te z innych telefonów i modemu jako telefoniczne. Proszę o pomoc, bo już tracę cierpliwość do tego komputera...

EDIT:
Problem rozwiązałem, przywracając system ponownie, ale tym razem z usunięciem wszystkich plików z dysku C, później przywróciłem je z partycji D. Temat do zamknięcia
