BlueScreen


Witam, piszę w sprawie dość częstego problemu, czyli blue screenów. Dotyczą one laptopa znajomej, pojawiają się już długi czas. Komputer był już w naprawie dwa razy i do tej pory nie udało się problemu rozwiązać.
Bluescreeny pojawiają się zwykle przy Minecrafcie i firefoxie. Dodam że były problemy z wtyczkami, javą i flashem. Sama nie potrafię jakoś szczególnie zanalizować co wypluwa WinDbg, więc daję pliki mini dump które dostałam (niestety dość stare, ale nic się nie zmieniło, więc mam nadzieje że są ok).

Najpierw proszę postarać się o aktualne pliki dmp zawierające wycinki pamięci jądra systemowego w momencie bsodów - to ważne. Ten sam kod błędów wcale nie musi oznaczać iż bsod pojawił się w dokładnie tych samych okolicznościach, przy tych samych danych wejściowych. Ponadto proszę tych plików nie otwierać ponieważ te podesłane mają tę samą datę i czas.

Problemem jest sterownik karty sieciowej bezprzewodowej NETw5s64.sys - Intel 5100 WIFI.
Albo nie był nigdy aktualizowany albo kiedyś podmieniony został przez Windows Update, działał poprawnie do czasu kolejnych poprawek po których system nie działał już stabilnie w momencie dostępu do sieci internet co opisane zostało w problemie - Firefox i Minecraft.
Więc proszę przejść na stronę supportu hp znając jego model jaki podałem (jest również numer sku) i pobrać te sterowniki które dostarcza producent laptopa. Nawet bios w nowszej rewizji jest dostępny.

Na stronie w sekcji Sterownik-Sieć driver do sieciówki intela jest już dostępny z marca 2015.
Sterownik grafiki z bsoda z 2014r więc to jest sterownik referencyjny bo na stronie hp widać dedykowany z 2012.

Potem sprawdzę jeszcze resztę bsodów o ile są różne. Także rozwiązanie tej zagadki zajęło mi mniej niż 5 minut, dłużej już tylko obrobienie i napisanie posta Zacieszacz O dwie wizyty za dużo u tych specjalistów.

Dzięki, to sporo wyjaśnia. Przejrzałam jeszcze raz te pliki i są tam nowsze, 3 z marca i jeden z kwietnia.
