Częste bluescreeny - Ciarkol - 06.01.2013 13:44
Witam mam o to taki problem z komputerem stacjonarnym iż dostałem od znajomego całe pudło którego nie używał, max używany był ok. 2-3 miesięcy potem leżał nie używany do ok. 1 roku. Problem polega na tym że występuję dość spora liczba bluescreenów testowałem grafikę 3dmarkiem wykazało że jest ok, ramy memtest też ok, dyski hd tunem zero badsectorów, płytę główną nie mam pojęcia jak sprawdzić tyle co sprawdziłem to czy są wybrzuszone kondensatory lecz wszystko wygląda dobrze, a problem występuje nadal aż oszaleć można. Najczęściej wywołują je błędy sterowników, pamięć RAM, jądro systemowe. Następuje przeważnie uszkodzenie struktury mapy pamięci, system nad tym nie panuje i potem różne moduły wypluwają błędy (tu akurat nawinął się flash player).

Po przeprowadzeniu wstępnej analizy i sprawdzeniu pierwszego argumentu 41287 okazuje się, ze jest uszkodzona wewnętrzne zarządzanie strukturą pamięci i do jego dalszego grzebania potrzebny jest pełen zrzut pamięci z jądra - plik memory.dmp (jest duży). Ja niestety nie mam aż takiej wiedzy do przeprowadzenia dalszych analiz.
Co można zrobić
- podmienić kości ram na inne lub te które są zmienić slotami, zostawić jedną sztukę, memtest nie zawsze wygeneruje błędy; memtest zostawiamy na kilka godzin
- zaktualizować wszelkie sterowniki
- sprawdzić czy sterowniki są podpisane -> sigverif.exe
- przeprowadzić weryfikację sterowników verifier.exe (poszukaj na forum już nie raz opisywałem)
- sprawdzić czy sprzęt pracuje z nominalnymi wartościami CPU/RAM, czy nie jest czasem poddany OC
